I’m Ryan Espinoza, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling from Denver Seminary, where I trained in both counseling and theology.
I’ve worked with children, students, couples, and military service members, and I currently train staff to work with patients with severe mental illness for the State of Colorado. My time in the US Army Reserves, including a 12-month deployment, helps me connect deeply with veterans and their families.
My Approach
I primarily use cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapy to help people see how their thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected. Clients describe me as warm and supportive, and I focus on helping you find your strengths and make changes that fit your goals.
